Co-founded and led a location-intelligence platform spanning mobile, cloud, APIs, IoT, geofencing and Bluetooth Low Energy. It connected physical locations with digital experiences and business workflows.
Location was becoming a first-class primitive for retail, events, logistics and physical-digital experiences, but the plumbing to make it useful in production still had to be built.
The platform spanned mobile SDKs, geofencing and BLE, cloud services and APIs, and the workflows customers actually wanted to run against the real world.
The best moments were the ones customers did not notice. The app or process simply behaved correctly because it now knew where things were.
The most useful technology often disappears into context.
