AI strategy, systems and execution

Turn AI ambition into measurable outcomes.

I work with leaders from strategy through execution, setting direction, building the required technology and organizational capability, and driving the work until results show up in operation.

Outcome before adoption

Not AI adoption for its own sake. A result the organization can measure.

The useful question is not how much AI an organization uses. It is what problem must be solved, what outcome matters and which combination of technology, work design and leadership will produce it.

Define the outcome before the tool

Clarify what should change, how it will be measured and which constraints are preventing the result today.

Understand the whole system

Map the decisions, workflows, responsibilities, information, technology and organizational conditions behind the visible problem.

Use the right technology

Apply AI where it creates real leverage, alongside the software, data, integrations, infrastructure and human judgment the outcome requires.

Build a capability that produces evidence

Carry the answer into operation, measure what changes and refine the system until it creates a result people can use and verify.

How we make it real

Work backward from the result.

A focused first move replaces abstract technology discussion with a clear outcome, a working intervention and evidence about what should happen next.

01

Clarify the outcome

Define the result that matters, why it matters and what evidence will show that the work succeeded.

02

Map the real problem

Find the decisions, constraints, technology, workflows and organizational conditions shaping the current result.

03

Design and build the answer

Use the combination of AI, software, data, operating design and leadership the problem actually requires.

04

Measure and improve

Put the capability into operation, observe what changes and keep adapting until the intended outcome is real.

Outcome Systems Sprint

One consequential problem. One measurable outcome. One working capability.

Typically two to four weeks. We use AI or other technology where it creates real leverage and judge the work by evidence in operation.

Selected evidence

Systems, products and technical foundations built under real constraints.

The industries and technologies change. The recurring work does not: understand the problem, find the constraint and build the complete system required to change the outcome.

Quality Intelligence for Complex Software

Building organizational memory for software quality

Connected crash logs, telemetry, defect history and selected player-feedback data into a shared intelligence layer that could preserve context and help teams move from evidence to ownership and action.

The goal was not another dashboard or ticketing workflow. It was a shared organizational memory for software quality.

Why me

I can move from the problem to the working system.

For more than 25 years I have worked across Microsoft, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft and founder-led ventures, from low-level technology, operating systems research and AAA production to immersive systems, products, companies and organizational change.

That range matters when the answer requires more than one technology or discipline. I do not begin with a preferred tool or stop at a recommendation. I work backward from the outcome and help design, build and lead whatever the real system requires.

About the background

Start with the outcome

What measurable outcome is your organization struggling to produce?

Bring the problem, the result that matters and the constraints you see today. We can determine which combination of AI, technology, operating design and leadership is actually required.
