What the owned system stores

• Contact and inquiry information, including the name, email address, optional company and role, message, source page and attribution information supplied with a contact form.
• Newsletter choices, including the consent text and version, confirmation status, unsubscribe status and the publication selected by the subscriber.
• Operational history, such as routing, delivery, bounce, complaint and suppression events needed to operate the relationship and email systems reliably.

Contact submissions and newsletter subscriptions are different activities. Sending an inquiry permits the information to be stored and used to respond to that inquiry. Newsletter delivery requires a separate optional choice and email confirmation.

How email delivery works

Subscriber records, consent, campaigns, recipient selection, unsubscribe state and suppression history are maintained in the owned Dogu system. A replaceable email transport provider may process the minimum message and recipient information necessary to deliver an email and report delivery, bounce or complaint events. The transport provider does not own the audience list or determine who receives a publication.

Infrastructure and processors

• Supabase provides the owned database, server functions and event records.
• Vercel provides website hosting, deployment and operational logs.
• A replaceable email transport provider handles message delivery and delivery event reporting after the sending domain is configured.
• Google Analytics provides optional aggregate website measurement after analytics consent.
• HubSpot provides optional website analytics and inquiry attribution after analytics consent.
• Google Search Console provides search performance reporting.

Names, email addresses, company names and free-text messages are not included in analytics event parameters.

Your choices

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe route. You may also request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data through the contact form. When the form is unavailable, the administrative privacy address is hello@dogutaskiran.com. Cookie and analytics preferences can be changed through the footer controls.

Retention

Inquiry and relationship records are retained while they remain useful for the conversation or a legitimate operational purpose. Suppression records may be retained after unsubscribe, bounce or complaint so that an address is not contacted again by mistake.

Changes

This page will be updated when the system adds or removes processors or materially changes how personal information is handled.
