A book on how AI-native organizations actually work. It starts from one consequential operation and builds outward into the design of responsibility, authority, memory and context in companies where agents can act. Not a vendor pitch. Not a framework tour. A serious argument for practitioners.

Status

Manuscript and practitioner layer in development.

The manuscript is in active development alongside a public essay sequence and a small advisory practice. Some material is being tested in the world before it enters the book.

About the author

Dogu Taskiran

More than 25 years across games, real-time technology, global product organizations, AI and company building. Leadership and technical work across Electronic Arts, Microsoft and Ubisoft. Current work focuses on building, writing and advising around AI-native organizations and creative systems.
